"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.

"I found t&t on manta.Com I live out in western NY but Im in town visiting my mother and I noticed that her roof was in desperate need of fixing. She needed new shingle and there was a leak in the attic due to what needed to be replaced. I called Dave on Thursday and he came out that same day to take a look and gave me an estimate. I was satisfied with the estimate, thought it was more than fair especially since I just paid about 800 more at my own home for less work. we set it up on Thursday for today (saturday) He showed up this morning at 730 am which was perfect because at that time my mother was up trying to move boxes out of the attic on her own and he actually helped her out with that before he started working. I got over there about 10 and he was up there hard at work.He finished at about 2, which was also impressive because I thought he'd need a few days. But this guy was no joke, he worked straight through the entire time, no mess or nothing. He kept everything organized as far as debris and his materials. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the way things went, and the price. But this next thing is the real reason I'm even writing this review. My mother also has a ramp in the back side of the house where the boards are uneven and i asked him if that was something he could take care of when he had time. He said yes and even though he had another estimate to go to, i told him he could do it another day, but he said he could have it done in an hour or 2 and didn't mind coming back and doing it today after his estimate. And best of all, he said hed take care of it at no charge since he didn't need any material, just needed to realign the boards. I tried to tell him to just relax for the day but he insisted that it was fine and he'd feel more comfortable knowing my mother would be able to safely use her ramp. I mean, he was a real stand up guy. Guys like that are far and few in between. I'd definitely say if you need something done, call him up because he's fair in price, timely and i think he genuinely wants to do good quality work for his customers.

When I called I asked how they charged. He said $88 per hour for the time there, plus travel time (15 min each way) to and from the 'shop.'  Fair enough. I asked for an appointment. He said the only appointments they give are the first call of the day (8:30 am) and the first call after lunch. (1:30pm) Great! He had availability for the next day at 8:30 am. (Otherwise, a 2 hour window.)
I expected the plumber to just show up at 8:30 am. But he called first @ 8:04 am. Which is good. But I missed the call (I wasn't told they would call first). I returned the call at 8:10 am. He arrived at 8:45 am and was finished at 10 am.  Scott, the plumber,  was very professional and pleasant to have in my home. I asked for the bill before he left so I could pay it immediately. He gave it to me and I was SHOCKED! $254.66 - 14.66 = $240!!! ($18 for parts) I called the office. Left a message. Mike returned my call promptly. We discussed the price. He said something about charging me from 8am, they don't give appointments, plumbers paperwork???? Anyway,  he offered 2 hours for the plumbers time & travel, parts, tax, plus he accepted the Angie's List Coupon = $186.15. Which was what I expected in the first place. Mike for the most part was agreeable. But if you use them look at the bill before you pay it. You might need to question it. Thank you.

"Technician was great. Timely, neat, friendly and knowledgeable. The person who answered to phone at the call center was awful. Hard to get information across, but had no effect on technician. Price was a bit high. They use a price book, and not consistent with time or labor involved."
