He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"James Beverly and crew worked on 3 projects for me (1) usual repair of front steps, renewing mortar and replacing chipped bricks (2) putting in a brand new flagstone patio adjoining my driveway (3) enlarging a small paver patio in front of my utility shed. Of the 3 people I contacted on this site, James was the only one who followed up on his promise to come and look and give me an estimate. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They completed the work as promised in a professional manner and showed a very strong work ethic. I would recommend them highly."

We were amazed at how many didn't show, promised quotes and didn't deliver, had no ideas and asked us to come up with a plan, or were completely overpriced for unimaginative or cookie cutter ideas. When they finished for the day, everything was washed down, swept up and put away. When we wanted to upgrade some pavers during installation, Clive and his right hand man, Jason, were very helpful with the selection and made adjustments to their orders and schedules to get it done. When they started to lay stone and the color/design didn't work, they didn't just keep going and complete it in a way that we didn't like. They stopped and told us that they didn't like it, we agreed, and changed the color and design. We are so used to contractors that do not do what they say they will do. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares about their commitments and reputation. Everyone who has seen our patio has been blown away. It is a work of art and a joy to just sit and look at. It has been two years since installation and we have had no problems. Gorgeous in every way. We are now moving. The patio was a huge selling point and allowed us to get a lot more money for our home than other comps in our neighborhood.
