"I met the owner, who came on short notice when a company doing conversion of our water heater to natural gas did something that ‘shorted out’ our AC.  I was so impressed with their service that we signed a continuing maintenance agreement.  They come out twice a year to check out your heating and cooling system to head off any potential problems.  They haven’t tried to upsell us anything upon their inspections, they did find a ‘switch’ that was going bad and replaced it this past spring.  They didn’t say we HAD to have it replaced but that it might not make it through the summer; so we did have it replaced.
