"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

They even re hung her closet doors that had been down for months and were not part of the job! They were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. Very impressed with them! Because he did what was necessary without going to extremes. Example-The other contractor wanted to completely tear out and replace a part of the ceiling that had a water stain about the size of your palm. John sprayed Kilz on it and then painted it. Good as new. I would recommend them to anyone. You will be very happy with John and his work. Honest, fair."
