Early on Christmas day, the owner of the company, Chris Dailey, showed up ready to help us. They have been wonderful to work with - from the onset Chris made us feel comfortable and taken care of. His communication was excellent throughout, he really helped us navigate all aspects of the clean up - insurance, mitigation, and rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Chris made sure to explain all the steps involved, and was available whenever a question came up. "I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."
