"Dawn and Carmine gave fast response and detail quote to customer. We discussed our usage and they recommended the high recovery water heater model to fit our need. Installation job is professional and fast. Technicians showed up on time and completed the job in about 1 hour. Our unit is located on 3rd floor so it is considered a difficult job. I'd recommend garden state water heaters to my friends and family for their water heater replacement."

"There is a $50 fee for on-site quotation which is waived if you hire them to do the job. Juan, the plumber, and his assistant came within one hour and gave a reasonable quote. I accepted it. They replaced about a foot of pipe with a technical they called pressure fit. No soldering was needed. They cleaned up the water after work. The whole process was done in 30 minutes."

Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. "This morning we found out our water heater broke and Good Tiddings responses to our request within ten minutes. Anthony was very responsive and got someone to our house within two hours. Brian was helpful and did a great job getting everything fixed. They gave us a few instructions on future maintenance so our new water heater will remain functional. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."
