"I claimed a deal online for a hvac tune up for $75 (or $85, I can't really remember). When they came out, the guy admitted it was his first week on the job. The hvac unit was old so he said it wasn't really worth him doing to tune up but he could give me a quote. Even though he couldn't do anything to help the unit, I still got charged. As a result of that, I decided to go with another company for the installation."

Although they arrived a bit later than expected, the inspection was performed efficiently and completed well within the one hour I had expected it to take. I had been remiss in replacing my filters and Henry explained to me why it is important to change them every three months. Knowing the possible consequences will lead me to be more responsible in the future. My A/C unit is installed in an attic and even though the ladder I provided was rather short, Henry said not to bother getting a longer one and made do with what I had provided. John volunteered to carry the ladder back downstairs and carried the longer, heavy wooden ladder out to the yard for me. I was also pleased that both men put on shoe covers to walk through my house. In sum, the service was carried out professionally and cordially and I would definitely use their services again."

"The audit went well.  The follow-on work (water heater replacement, heat pump replacement, and caulking).
They did a pretty good job.  They did sub out the water heater and heat pump parts.  The new water heater had a heat pump unit on it too.  The water heater had an alarm that went out and was eventually replaced.
The subs did test my patience when they started late and ended even later than they said they would.  I eventually told them they had to get out at a certain time.
I took a year to write this because I wanted to back it up with cost savings info.  Unfortunately, the jury is still out on whether or not the system is paying for itself.
