"This is actually the third time I've used this service. The first time we had a roof leak, with water dripping down the walls in a bedroom. Stacy came out promptly after my call, and tested for damage. Since you could see the water drips on the walls and ceiling, we were both surprised that he didn't find any moisture in the walls (and he did EXTENSIVE testing, since we were both convinced there should be something, and this was a baby's room). He was knowledgeable and honest, and I wasn't charged for that visit, which was incredible. A couple of weeks later we had a second leak in our kitchen ceiling. Again, Stacy came out promptly. This time we definitely had water damage. He quickly cleaned out the damaged area of ceiling and insulation, got fans and a dehumidifier running, and even came to check on things over the weekend. This time we had a water leak in a wall between a bathroom and bedroom. There is damage to the wall, and wet carpet in the bedroom. Stacy came out the morning after my phone call (on a Saturday!) and immediately got to work. He moved furniture, got his equipment in place, and walked through the damage with us. As always, he is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. We will definitely use this company again in the future!"
