"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"We had a pipe burst in our basement when the temps dipped super low. After drying it out as a precaution we hired them to come test to make sure we did a thorough job. They used water detection tools and thermal imaging to see any water damage or water that was still present. Thankfully there wasn’t nor was their mold! When it comes to water damage and mold in your home - peace of mind is priceless!"

"Mark was very professional. Tested for presence of airborne mold spores on first floor. Sent sample to a lab for evaluation. Emailed the lab results to me two weeks later, which were difficult to understand for the average person. Mark said he'd call me to discuss the results, which he finally did two weeks later. Left a message on my voicemail and said the results indicated that mold levels were in normal range. I guess $210 and four weeks of waiting were worth the peace of mind?"
