I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. "The install of the equipment it self was done in 2 days and very well done, however there was an issue with getting power to the thermostat. To ARS’s credit they worked as fast as possible to resolve the issue at no additional charge and once the part was installed the system worked flawlessly. Even though it did take another 5 or so days to complete I appreciate that they did not let this slip through the cracks and stayed on it until the job was done. The teams were all very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend."
