"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

A second technician, replaced the defective parts and serviced the boiler. Both technicians performed their work in a very professional manner, identified the source of the problem and clearly explained what was needed. "Went great.  They provided a quote over the phone of $1,000.  Another
provider who came on site after them said it would cost $1,500 and would
not be an easy job.  NE tank service came on site at my request to
confirm the quote and they confirmed it would be $1,000 so I agreed to
the job and they scheduled it for later that week.  2 guys came out and
performed the task within 4 hours.  They moved the tank to the basement,
installed new pipe to the heater and installed the fill and vent pipes
to the outside.  Everything looked good and about as clean as it can in a
dirt basement.

They also inspected my furnace and fireplace  flues and recommended future repairs.  The company also provides a video of the inspected areas, so that homeowners do not need to solely rely on the word of the service person.
