Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). Ended up scheduling an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. He was here on the dot and quickly diagnosed the problem.
