The pipes were realigned and the macerator installed, but the toilet didn't seem to work right. Their technician Mark immediately went into figuring out what could be wrong. Checking the pipes, analyzing the owner's manual, and calling the manufacturer of the toilet. He ran a few tests and figured out what was wrong. "I called several places including those promising 24/7 service and Mattioni was the only one who could come out the same day.  It was raining outside and we had no water so it was a bad day all around.  The tech was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the bad pump.  He replaces the pump and all the piping/cabling. They have a huge binder with all the pricing in it.  You can get a discount if you join their "club" for $100.  I did and it still saved me a few hundred.  They came out for a complimentary whole house inspection and found another $1,000 worth of questionable work to do for inflated prices.  They seem very good, but they are very expensive. I had to choice or time to shop around at the time.
