"My water heater stopped working and I couldn't stop my toilet from running. Not a promising day ahead. I called Done Right Today in the morning and by 11:30 AM I had a new water heater and a repaired toilet. "Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"Worked with David, he assessed my water heater for free, with it being 13 years old it was not advisable to try and repair it. He was very thorough in his explanation of the problems and water heater systems. Installed a new water heater with his brother, very easy to work with, completed the project within 3 hours, and charged fair market pricing. Highly Recommended, would use this company again."
