"I love this company. It is a family owned company and all they do is mold remediation (removal), restoration. Set up an appointment to get estimate immediately after requesting their services on Angies List. Owner went over an examined all areas of mold on walls, etc., Sent me an extremely detailed estimate in a timely fashion and I was exceptionally pleased with the final cost for all the work to be done. Then I set up date for service to be done. Work done was much better than I imagined. Much more than just removing the mold. An eight step process is performed which includes wash and clean the air of all infected areas. More than pleased after the job was done. Followup was done with owner. Id hire them without question."

"The estimator was on time and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions and told me to call a time I had a question. The men who performed the work were on time and got straight to work covering items that needed protecting from the dust and we're considerate of not damaging my newly sealcoated driveway. All four men knew their jobs and worked well together. They worked through lunch and even had to deal with a rainy day. They answered any questions I had. After they were done, everything was cleaned up well."

"For all the work we have engaged The Tuckey Companies to do, their service has been quick, and they have always addressed whatever household issue we were experiencing. As an example of their professionalism I offer this event: Last week we were having problems with our well pump. I called Tuckey Mechanical and asked if they could come to determine what the problem might be. Shortly after I called the office, one of the company's electricians called me about the matter. He told me up front what might be causing the problem and advised me that I should contact a well company to have it fixed. The company could have sent a technician to our home to investigate, thus incurring a cost for the visit; but it did not, thus saving me money. When I did call a well company, they came and diagnosed the problem to be exactly what Tuckey's electrician said it likely was; they fixed the issue immediately. This event shows how The Tuckey Companies do not take advantage of their customers but, instead, keep their clients' interests above their own."

"Initial project: Grade B.  Overall went well.  Only reason for a B is that they noted that they were going to put a trench around my laundry sink as a means to prevent damage if it overflowed.  But when they came back to do the job it wasn't done.  Overall I haven't had a drop of water since the install so that is very good.  The rep was Adam. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this wouldn't have been an option in the first place as it could pose a local issue (gray water pumped outside the home. <br /> <br />  Warranty: Grade A. Adam (rep) noted to me that no matter where (not through windows or above obviously) water came in (walls or floor) that the warranty would cover it.  Well you don't get the warranty until after the job... and guess what?  Water up from the floors isn't covered.  Not cool. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20121125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this condition is covered.  My mistake. Grade changed to A. <br /> <br /> Basement windows: Grade F.  Called them and had them out to estimate putting in a basement egress as well as the other basement windows.  The rep (Brett) came out, measured, etc.  Then nothing.  I called.  I called.  The customer service team told me on numerous occasions that the "president of the company" was going to call.  He never did.  Eventually, a sub or partner of theirs called me and provided me a quote over the phone (for the egress - the didn't do the other windows).  The quote was blind and didn't take into consideration any of the data that Brett collected during his visit.  This ordeal was a TOTAL waste of my time. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this rep is no longer with them and that he should have provided an immediate quote for the windows.  The only time the sub should have called is for the egress...  <br /> <br /> Customer service: Grade C.  They provided a mold remediation treatment as part of the basement water proofing.  One of my walls not is showing signs of something.  So I called.  Nothing.  No call back.  Nothing. <br /> I regret going with this company.  I should have bit the bullet and spent the extra $$ to go with their competition. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM.  He will be out in 2 days to treat the location and noted he will install a hose into my dehumidifier so that it drains into the system.  <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20131127: Jeff was out, assessed the situation and provided a clear path to resolution.  I have homework but his team will be out to solve the problem. <br /> - !!!! UPDATE 20140115 Grade changed to C.  Jeff's team corrected the issue to my satisfaction."

"Arrived on time with a crew of six and a bucket truck. Felled all trees as promised with a minimum of damage to surrounding trees. Didn’t even damage my wife’s flower gardens. The negotiated price was for felling trees only. In retrospect, I wish I paid more for them to clean up debris. Not their fault. I was trying to save money. Entire crew was polite and eager to please."

"This was our second time using Stanley Steemer and their service still proved to be efficient, punctual, professional, and completed their jobs with care.  We had to hire a service because we have berber carpets and the home steam cleaners that you can purchase don't work well on berber.  They moved furniture and placed "booties" on the legs of all furniture.  They were very careful not to drag in more dirt from the outside and wore booties the entire time.  I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services.  I will continue to use their services in the future.  This review is 6 months after the work was completed so the dollar amount might be off a little.  They offer specials so sign up for their emails. <br />"
