"Luke the install technician came out and did a reseal on a supply plenum for me, explained the process and how it would be fixed in way to make me understand what the issue was and how it would be remedied. Great communication on his part throughout the whole process and answered any questions or concerns I had. Kept his work area clean and when the job was completed he made sure to tidy up afterwards. Work that was done looked sharp and clean, did not look messy. Also could not complain about the price for the type of work preformed! Effective and efficient overall. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
