"MR Storm explained the problem and mention the age of system being 24 years old. He provided 3 options for repair. He did not pressure me into my decision but explained the benefit of each option. I gave him the option best for me and he returned in a timely manner and replaced the system. He was very professional and clean cut and explained the function of the new unit and made sure I was up to date on all safety devices that the unit need for water protection. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends"

"Service was great and provider and employees were personable and professional. We were very happy with the work that was done and would definitely use them in the future. They did a very thorough job of cleaning the vent covers and the vents themselves, as well as the dryer vent, and the smelled great when they were done. Our only issue was that one of the employees made some dents and scratches in our wall with his ladder, which we didn't realize until they were gone. We appreciated the approach of this company in that they were very honest with us and said our vents all looked very good even before the cleaning, so we didn't need to have things done annually. I appreciate an honest provider who does not try to "up-sell" customers! Recommend them very, very highly.

"The electrician was parked in our driveway at 6:30 am! He was knocking on our door at 6:45. When I answered the door and told him it was only 6:45, he said that his truck said 7:00 and he doesn't go by the customer's time! I think 6:45 is too early for any service man to be knocking on the door. He was not able to fix or repair the door bell but he was able to identify any issues with electrical outlets. He made some negative comments about people from "third world" countries doing electrical work that resulted in him coming out and doing things right. Inappropriate comment."

"Instead of charging me a lot of money, the guy let me know it would be better to have someone pull out the drywall to see if there was mold.  I thought it was good service.  He could have just came out and charged me $500.00 for nothing.  I appreciated him being honest even at the detriment of losing service."
