"Mark along with the crew arrived on time to install a wooden privacy fence with walkable gate enclosing my backyard. After Mark went over the project, the crew removed the old fence, organized the materials, and systematically completed each task. A few more workers joined the crew, eventually leaving two to finish the job. By the end of the day, they were finished and cleaning up. I appreciated being consulted on site about clarifying my preference concerning the gate instead of doing “what’s standard”. Also, Mark was available by phone to answer a question, and came by the next day to go over the project with me. He even took care of a minor detail himself on the spot."

"Rob’s team installed a new composite deck for us in the spring of 2021 and we were very happy with those results. In the fall of 2022, a huge oak tree fell across our patio and the deck - fortunately, the deck structure survived with no issues but one of the composite boards was cracked and most of the vinyl railing was damaged. He too was a hard worker and led the team well. He has an amazing eye for detail and kept us informed of any adjustments that needed to be made or if he saw another way, gave us the option. Tommy was one of the hardest contractors we ve worked with. He was on site every single day and worked quickly and efficiently. He made a point of always cleaning up at the end of the day and was very pleasant. There were several other men that came (unfortunately we didn t get their names) and worked very hard as well. The team even came out on their days off a few times in order to complete various stages of the project. They ended up having to repair some brickwork to complete our back deck, and finished that a week early and it was beautiful! It was done so nicely that we hired them to redo our front brick porch. The quality and the a craftsmanship of the two back decks were beyond what we had envisioned. Each team member showed pride in their work and it shows in the final product. "I used Belletto before to pour a concert slab to park off street at my house.  That experience was great.  
I called Dan about building a shed and he came out in a day or two to discuss plans and specifications.  In June 2015 I provided and earnest check for 1/2 of the project cost.  I was told at that time that the shed would be completed by the end of July 2015.  By the end of August, only the concrete pad had been poured.  Work on the main shed did not start until October.  Weather, broken trucks, etc were all used as reasons for delays.  This is contractor speak for "the dog ate my homework".  I believe if the contractor can't do the work or can't do it in the time specified then that should be stated up front.  The "dog ate my homework" gets very old and aggravating after a few months especially when they are comfortably sitting on 4500.00 of my money.  
During the project one of the guys on the site dented a downspout right near the shed.  I brought the issue up over the phone with Dan and he said he would have it fixed.  It is now January and the dent is still there.  
Quality of the shed is great.  I couldn't be happier about that.  
Bottom line is if you expect something by the time stated by Belletto, guess again.  They want their earnest money early, way early before THEY plan on starting your project.  I was also billed in full two days prior to project completion date, due that day.  
If you want quality work, have money to give to them for a while before they start, and don't mind your calls not returned after you give them the final check, Belletto is for you.

"The work was awesome. We had the old fiberglass tub and surround from the 80's. Wolak came in and replaced it with a new deep soak tub and tile surround. New tile on the floor. Replaced the vanity and toilet. Even the exhaust fan. They also replaced sheetrock and painted to give us a new modern bathroom look. Wolak didn't need to rely on any sub-contractors. Like a one-stop-shop for remodelling. The installer was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to what we had in mind, made some great suggestions and now we have a dream bathroom.
