"I can’t recommend Sean Urquhart from A1 Sewer & Drain highly enough! We discovered a leak in our hot water heater last night and called A1’s 24/7 line. I was relieved to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Sean arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gently broke the news that our water heater needed to be replaced. Although I was initially upset—since the water heater was installed just three years ago—Sean eased my concerns with his calm demeanor and professionalism, which made me feel much better about moving forward. Sean was incredibly respectful of our home, especially our new carpet. He took great care not to track dirt inside or get the carpet wet while replacing the unit, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Overall, Sean did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call A1 Sewer & Drain again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!"

"Josh and his assistant did a wonderful job putting our kitchen back together after a water leak. Many repairs were needed and they did it all! They always showed up early each morning to get the job done. Josh is professional, friendly and most importantly does really great work. I felt at ease that the job would be done right. I was very pleased with the services provided and would recommend them to anyone needing small or big jobs done right."

"Very prompt response. Made a visit to assess the job prior to providing a quote. Good group of guys who replaced the above garage water heater in about 4 hours. Great communication and clean up."

"Excellent! Trim was removed and replaced without issue."

"Only disappointment was that air-conditioning unit developed a system leak about 18 months after installation due to a chafing line and it was past the warranty time so it cost me to have it fixed when the cause was actually a manufacturing deficiency."

"Ben and his father were always on time, incredibly efficient, always cleaned up after themselves and did an overall great job.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

"Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."
