"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.

"These are really nice guys and very customer services oriented. We had a large hole in the wall of our kitchen where a plumber had cut through to repair an outside faucet. We purchased an Angie's Deal of $99 for $200 drywall repair. Since Teague was so highly rated, we opted to hire them for this project and to repair a hole left when the previous owner removed a towel rack in the master bathroom. Our estimate from Teague for all repair work was another $100. They were extremely busy this time of year making up for days missed due to bad weather...we had to reschedule a few times but they were very good about follow up. The work was quick and well done by Tom who also took a few minutes to counsel us about repainting. We are very satisfied and are considering hiring them again to do some tile repair in the master bath shower. They do all this type of work so we're happy to have the resource.

"Very professional.  My cornice was repaired, then all gaps caulked.  House was then scraped and painted. Trees were pruned back from house and general landscaping was completed.  The work crew was pleasant and kind.  Paint chips were cleaned up and my yard was cleaned up every evening. Roof went on in one day and magnetic rollers were used to get nails out of yard.  The roofing crew cleaned up after themselves very well.  Work was completed on time and on budget."
