"We are a high rise apartment community in Oklahoma City. We had over 50 window and patio leaks from the August 26th storm. Some people referenced this storm as a land hurricane with winds that exceeded 100 miles per hour. Needless to say, we had several water extractions, dehumidifiers and carpet fans throughout the building. Teddys was called and responded immediately. They worked around the clock to extract water and remove padding. He provided us with dozens of carpet fans and dehumidifiers. The majority of the work performed was in occupied apartments. Teddys did a fantastic job working with our residents personal items to get them dried, relayed and shampooed. The owner personally worked with his crew and oversaw the work. For the grout, the first room was done excellent but the other two were not.  He spent quite a long time doing them and it was just him.  I am not sure if he was getting tired or the cleaner ran out. The grout was not as clean as the first room but much better then it started out.  It was still acceptable."
