"Timo's came out and solved in one day a problem with my heater that another vendor couldn't solve in a week.  Timo's via Marcus, went the extra mile TWICE.  My heater had been diagnosed with a broken pressure switch but it turned out to be a broken circuit board instead.  Marcus went and got the pressure switch several cities away (we no longer had the switch and needed another one); and then also he got the circuit board, when it was already late in the day, just to finish the job in one day because my husband and I were getting cold at night and we didn't want to go another night without the heater (we had already been without it a week).   My experience with Timo's has been excellent from start to finish.  My first contact with them was through Angie's List in the evening I didn't even expect a response but Joey responded to me nearly instantly, committed to booking an appointment the next day, he had his secretary call me promptly when he said she would, he even followed my directions to have her leave a msg if I wasn't here; and everyone at Timo's followed up constantly and nonstop until the problem was solved.  I didn't get any run-around, game playing or anything like that.  Marcus even patiently went over the circuit board with me to show me the problems with it and he also was considerate of my husband's medical condition.  There are other good things Timo's/Marcus did  to help the situation, just too numerous to mention.  In sum, I highly recommend Timo's and advise anyone out there, do not hesitate to use them, I will be utilizing them again myself for all my HVAC needs, for sure.

"Our central a/c unit stopped working yesterday evening in 100 degree heat. I immediately called Vigen (at 7:10PM on a Friday btw) and he picked up and squeezed us in the next day. He came today (8/29/15) and had us up and running again in 30 minutes. The starter needed to be replaced. We are so very grateful. Vigen and his guys at North Air really know their stuff. They're punctual, courteous, fair, and do great work.
Two years ago, our central a/c unit was rattling terribly on the roof. We called a few different companies for estimates and liked Vigen's the best. All of the estimates cited similar issues with the install we had done in 2009. The a/c unit was not properly attached to the house...it wasn't draining right...also there were problems with how the furnace was installed in the attic...and I don't remember any more details two years later. What I remember is that the unit was no longer rattling on the roof and suddenly the house was getting much cooler, much faster, much more quietly. 
We also really like the mini-split unit that North Air installed in the garage. It works great and is virtually silent. We will continue to use North Air for all our HVAC needs. It's a relief to know we have a dependable company to call when things get way to hot or way too cold....

"Sent email through anigies list site, he called right away on a Sunday night - tried to help me fix my thermostat since it was only a year 1/2 old but we could not.  Did tell me he had a job in san diego that week.  since it was nothing major decided to wait since the reviews were good and he seemed honest.  finally was able to pick a good day, called letting me know he was on his way, showed up and first looked at my thermostat but it was broke, replaced with new one right away.  Explained how it worked also checked my filters and let me know where I could buy replacement ones at a good price.  Was quick, very friendly and professional.  Also does electrical work which I need so I will be calling in the future.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
