"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

They were very good about that. Often times when you have a service call, they give you like a three or four hour window. So they were very responsive. "When Jim was 30 minutes late for the appointment, I called and he admitted he lost my information and wasn't able to call me.  He came within 30 minutes.  He accurately diagnosed the problem as cut water lines and fixed the problem  Additionally, he advised that the misting nozzles may be plugged.  He did not remove the plugged nozzles and I am unable to remove them myself to be able to replace them.  Therefore, the system is only partially functioning.  He also stated his real areas of expertise are heating and air conditioning, not misting systems.

"Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free.
