"Disappointed. Their plumbing side did a great job for us 9 years ago, but had a bad experience with their hvac side. They tech didn’t explain what he found clearly and told me I should get a new furnace. 3 days later, I never received a call back to get a quote or my emailed receipt although they did cash my check. I ended up going with another company who fixed my issue by replacing a part."

"Rapid Response Plumbing is exactly that and more. I had a issue over the weekend and called frist thing Monday morning. To my surprise someone was at my door by 9:00 a.m. and the problem was completely fixed by 3:00 p.m. the same day. Being a single mother of 3 there is always a fear of being taken advantage of, I absolutely never felt that way with Rapid Response. The team laid out exactly what needed to be done and why. They did not just tell me they backed up thier word with pictures. I was in the loop the entire time and always felt confident in thier work and professionalism.
