"On time arrival, quality product, excellent installation ... and Ben stands behind his work! When the new heater revealed a factory flaw he returned immediately to replace the defective part, no questions asked. He also replaced a burnt out sump pump and did it quickly and at a fair price."

"Tim did a great job. The replacement valve Tim installed had a small leak, Tim came right out to take care of it."

"another company have the water heater I wanted in stock, so I looked for another plumber who could get what I wanted. Another company was very professional though"

"Matt is the type of plumber that everyone is trying to find. Competent, punctual, honest, does the work the job requires without trying to take you for a ride. Initially we were quoted a crazy high number by another company to replace the water heater, we called Matt for a second opinion. He came, assessed that the situation, ordered a replacement part, and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Hot water is back on, He is a hero. Highly recommend!!!"

"Very professional will call them again should i need another plumbing job"

"These guys are great! The man who came to estimate the job had a medical emergency after leaving our home leaving the company very short handed. His partner not only got the information from our site visit but got our job scheduled within a week! He also pointed out some very ergent safety issues with our flexible gas line installed in 2000, but also saw an issue with our water heater put in by a subcontractor from Columbia Gas. Not only was the water heater not installed properly putting our safety at risk then we found out it was NEVER inspected by the city! They showed up on time and completed the job on time within their quote. They cleaned up after the job and were pleasent and curteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a plumbing job to be done without being taken to the cleaners."

"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. If I ever need any other plumbing/HVAC work I'm going to reach out."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
