"Mike was superb. The job required perseverance and Mike's never give up attitude paid off while working on my old house. The odyssey began when Mike tried to install the faucet I purchased. It did not fit. He went to a trade supple house in search of another that also did not fit. He was instrumental in getting the showroom to take the wrong one back, and recommended a helpful sales person who helped me buy an appropriate one. On the next visit we discovered that the holes were not drilled correctly, so the new faucet would not fit. Mike installed an inexpensive one for us to use until he could buy a special drill bit for cutting granite. Mike deftly enlarged the mounting hole, which was no small feat given the counter/sing/backsplash setup. He did so without damaging anything or creating a mess. He's also very personable and comfortable to be around and in the house. highly recommended."

"I called Matt on a Sunday in need of a plumber for Monday and he rearranged his schedule to help us out so we could move forward with our bathroom renovation after listening to our situation. He came over and removed our old cast iron tub which was just a bonus because I was going to keep it even though I didn’t want to. He also put in a new shower valve and fixtures, tub drain, sink faucet, and toilet. It was a big job and he did it effortlessly and I couldn’t believe he was at our house in less than 24 hours of calling him. His work was impeccable, he has fair pricing, he was clean and a pleasure to have in our home. He was also a wonderful mentor to his apprentice who he walked him through everything they were doing. "Jay is a good guy BUT after he replaced our gas line with a larger one it fixed the problem for two weeks. My generator has not been able to start since about July 25l. I have called Jay. I have left messages for Jay. NO RESPONSE. I resort to writing a bad review of him hoping that will get him to call me and come back. I am rooting for Jay because I want him to do, what I paid him to do: make my generator reliable the way it was for the first four years or so. "I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

The two guys that showed up had everything they needed in the truck and were able to fix the leak and change out the valve in an hour. They also talked me through what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future. Incredibly helpful, punctual, and I'm very happy with the work done. I will definitely be using them in the future."

"Shawn was great, very experienced and did a great job. Not having a quote before hand hurts when faced with the cost at the end, but compare to others, both Tony and Shawn were timely, and provided honest advice. Instead or replacing entire water pipes in my house, they added valve that controls water pressure intake attached to our new washing machine, which was rattling the entire house without the valve. Shawn also replaced all knobs and water filter in main water pipe and replaced them with lead free bolt handles. Awesome job overall ð"
