They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
