I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. "The technician/plumber didn't get the job done at all. He ended up breaking the shower valve and ended up placing a stopper on the line to prevent water leakage. In the process, he ended up taking 5-6 hours for a job that was finished by another plumbing company in 2-3 hours. It was a waste of my money as Village Home Services billed me $560, fixed nothing and broke the valve. Furthermore, their manager/owner asked me for another $2000 for them to come back and repair the damage they created. I got this job done for $800 from another plumbing company based out of Tyngsboro. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VILLAGE SERVICES. "
