"From start to finish it was a very good service, very competitive price, no high pressure salesmanship, everything was delivered as quoted, installers were very respectful; I would definitely recommend Quinn Plumbing & Heating. I called them 6pm Friday Stop by the next day and in two days came with the boilers I wanted Navien 180E NG. Installation took 5 days i kind of held them back waiting on my guy to install the power outlets."

"Connecticut Basement installed our Radon System 5 years ago and did a fantastic job so we hired them to install our new water softner. During the install it was discovered and verified by me that the well pump was defective (19 years old) and they managed to do all the work plus the well pump in the same day. Without the well pump we could have gone days without water. They were here at our house for 9 hours. Super service!!"

"The plumber Joey was a delight. He arrived exactly on time. Pleasant houseguest, cleaned beyond the call of duty, fun conversationalist, and the work (bathroom faucet replacement) was done well, in about an hour. I also appreciated Bob on the phone scheduling the appointment. He called within a minute of my submitting a request for quotes online. Only one other company responded, and rather than give me an answer (like, when, and $how much) there was this rigmarole about getting an estimate out to me tomorrow, and charging extra for any quarter hour past the first hour, and... Very unfriendly. In contrast, Bob at TMS was perfectly friendly and quoted me what I needed to know right then and there."
