"I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. "I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

He had everything he needed on his truck for the repairs I needed &did a great job. From calling them to the leak repair being completed was only about 2 hours. Leak was in the wall from the laundry valves."

The cost seemed a little pricey, and I felt that they were trying to take advantage of my mother because she is elderly. Otherwise, Josh did a fantastic job, was very professional, and took pictures of the work completed. My mother was extremely satisfied with her new pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet.
