They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost. Other companies that provided a quote only offered one option and looked for a decision immediately, The two service techs that came out and installed my new system were exceptional. They wore masks and gloves for my safety and explained everything that they were doing each step of the way. The system has been in for a week now and I am still having difficulty getting used to how wonderful the water feels compared to the many years of super hard water. "My Heating and A/C units were over 20 years old and I did not expect them to last forever. At the same time, I wanted to choose when I would replace the system, rather than be under the gun one August when the temperature was well over 100 degrees. I contacted several HVAC companies and listened to their presentations. I committed to each one that I would be making a decision and targeting October for the installation. Not only was Johnny on the Spot the best price for the best system, they did not try to over sell what I needed and they were the only ones who stayed in touch with me until I made a decision. The day of installation, the installation crew showed up on time and finished early. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. After the installation, they called to schedule the drywall repair company to make repairs. They also scheduled the inspector to certify everything was installed correctly. Yesterday, the inspector showed up and gave me the seal of approval. He said that I chose the best manufacturer - Trane - and predicted I would lower my power bill as well as get years of good reliable service from my system. I would highly recommend this company and what they have to offer. In today's market, it is very difficult to get great service and the option of working with a company that follows through with their commitments. Very easy and satisfying transaction."

"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."
