He was on time and courteous of us having a newborn in the house. He was able to set up a time to replace our heating system that worked for our schedule within two weeks. The guys that work for him are fantastic. They made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up after themselves, and helped me set up our new thermostat. He accurately diagnosed the problem - that the condensate pump had failed and needed to be replaced. He offered to replace it immediately because he had the part on his truck. The price quote ranged from $1350-$2100 depending on length of warranty I preferred. This seemed extremely high because I had the part replaced once before 3-4 years ago by another company for approx $400. I understand that service companies need to charge for labor and mark up parts costs, but a repair I could do in 10 mins for under $50 should not have carried a $1350+ price tag! This was very disappointing, and I will not use them again."
