"I originally called my regular service company to come out and look at my ac and they told me I had a bad compressor and should replace my 7 year old system. I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. They repaired my system for under $300. I will definitely be calling them if I have a problem in the future."

"Beautifully. Rob from Cooling Advisors came within 24 hours (on a Saturday!) to assess my unit and provide a detailed bid and explanation of what I needed. The process went smoothly and within a few days I had a brand new a/c that worked perfectly. the work done in my utility closet was beautiful and clean. Their service was excellent. The communications with Rob and with his office staff were always timely and professional. I look forward to continuing to use this company for all A/C servicing. Very pleased."

"I don't usually give all 5 star reviews, but these people deserved it. I have had ducting issues with this central air unit for years. Barely any air comes out of the duct in the master bedroom, which is always warmer than the rest of the house. Other A/C companies have quoted me upwards of $1,500 to install an completely new ducting system. That seemed outrageous to me considering I only had trouble with one duct, that was literally 3 feet from the air handler. When the unit finally stopped cooling, I called Speedy Air. Mike came out the next day. The system was low on freon, as I expected. The fan motor, run capacitors, and contactor were faulty. No surprise considering the system was 8 years old and I have heard the contactor buzzing. Mike checked the system and found the leak in the evaporator that the previous technician from another company couldn't find a couple of years ago. He also looked up the warranty information on the unit and all the parts were covered. What I thought might be $1,000 or more came to less than $500. Best of all was what he found with my ducting. The problem was that the original company installed the air handler too close to the rafters on one end. That meant they had to use an abnormally small plenum, which caused the airflow problems. They were also the ones trying to get me to pay $1,500 to fix the problem they caused. Mike suggested to wait until the air handler eventually needed replacing, and change the ducting then. In the mean time he turned up the speed setting on the fan motor itself. For the first time in years we get adequate flow for the master bedroom! What else can I say. Mike ran his buns off, we had cold air within 2 hours, he solved my duct problem at no cost, all for under $500."

"Punctual and professional, will call again for dryer or any other cleaning need."

"EXCELLENT!! Our air went out on 6/28 and temps in our home hit 91. It was unbearable for us and our 4 chihuahuas. We have a home warranty contract and Fuss Free was to be the service provider. We were concerned that with this heat and an upcoming holiday they might be really busy and we may have to wait for days for service (very understandable). We purchased room size window ACs just in case. But we didn’t need them. The technician arrived today and we have working AC! The technician was so personable and fixed our AC really quick. We were so happy that I called the office to thank them for such a quick response and to let them know how pleasant the technician was We highly recommend FUSS FREE for your AC needs. Thank you again. ☺️ The Hartman Family from Polk County."

"They were prompt and professional, and the new blower motor is working well. When we noticed that the blower motor wouldn't turn off, they examined the unit and recommended a replacing the motor. Communication was excellent - I received a text message and phone call a half hour before the service technician arrived, which gave me time to prepare. The service technician also gave me maintenance tips for keeping the A/C unit in good working order."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Outstanding service and fair pricing. I had an AC tuneup on one unit and a replacement on the other. The A/C tuneup was straight forward and Chris communicated with me in layman's terms as to what he did. My second unit needed to be replaced and the next day the techs came out. They arrived on time and finished on time. They were friendly and worked very cleanly."

"Santos (technician) arrived in a timely manner (close to start of visit window). Said the heater was working, so said he'd give me an estimate, but it didn't need to be replaced."
