"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We live in the desert and the temperatures are begin to rise indicating that indeed summer is on its way!  Friday night we came home to discover that our air conditioner was only blowing hot air through out the house.  We called Timo's and we were told that a technician would contact us shortly. Since it was 9:30 at night we did not expect a call back, but within 15 mins we received a phone call asking us if the technician could do the repairs the next day. "Tuesday my AC would not come on in the morning so I turned it off and my wife and I went to work. When we got home I tried turn on the system again and it came on. The unit is 5 years old and we have never had it serviced. Fearing my unit was going out I called Wednesday to schedule service for Friday. I spoke with Jim the owner and explained what my system had done. He told me it could be the thermostat only needing the batteries replaced, being that it was working when I called him. I told him I would like him to check my unit anyway and he said no problem. Usually service people want to run out to charge you and not try and help over the phone. He told me it would cost $70.00 to check the system and I agreed. I was worried my compressor might be going out being that it had never been serviced. Jim came out on time and reminded me of the $70.00 fee to check the system and I told him no problem. He checked my system completely then came to me and said it was running perfect. A little loud, but he saw no leaks or issues with the system. He told me again it could just be the batteries in my thermostat, because the signal it sends is such a low voltage that it just may have not received the signal to turn on. He didn't try and sell me any additional or yearly service. He was the most straight forward and honest service professional I have ever met. He told me not worry and to call if it happens more frequently. The $70.00 price he told me was what I paid. He told me he would love to sell me something, but it was not necessary  he would rather have a customer. I have recommended him to my family and friends.

"Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free. I think you will be very satisfied using this garage as this and other reviews have clearly shown.

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!
