"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service."

"Able to set up appointment promptly for the afternoon of call. Discussed replacement of 15 year old air conditioner and best way to proceed. Technician was very helpful and answered all questions. When Gorganc was contacted to set up appointment for the Technician who will eval system for best replacement unit, the office personnel stated we shouldn't need the annual service agreement because we will have a new unit. She refunded our payment. Who does that? Very happy with what seems to be a very professional company."

"Well, they came on time which is a bonus.  They were very professional and courteous.  They first, broke down my old furnace and began to install my new furnace/central air.  I was told it would be a lot of noise but I didn't mind.  It was worth it.  They replaced the gas line, installed new piping, coils, thermostat, ducting, insulation, refrigerant piping, condensate drain and pump, air cleaner installed, and other materials.  They also checked the low voltage and line voltage, started up the furnace to make sure its in good working order, checked out the air conditioner or heat pump, and all foundation penetrations sealed.  They cleaned up their work area and removed trash.  I was given the homeowners manuals and was instructed in how to operate the humidistat, thermostat, and clean or change the filters.  I would just like to stay that I'm very impressed with their work.  I'm very hard to impress but this was very impressive.  My new furnace and central air looks terrific and I can't wait to turn on my furnace.  I really can't wait until next summer, my central air.
