Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. "It was excellent. They gave me a bid and it was excellent. They had to install a new furnace flue because of the conflicting unit with the existing gas water heater. That was quite an extensive job because of the gable on the high-pitched roof we have on the house. They were excellent in getting up there to do everything they needed to do. They installed the unit in one day and took out the old unit. I was very satisfied with their service and the price and their follow up. I would absolutely use them again."
