"Peter and Billy installed a mini-split a/c system in my home recently. There were 3 head units on 3 different floors. They arrived on time, discussed the work with me, and explained what they were doing when I would pop in to check on the progress. It was a two-day installation with rain on the first day and heat/humidity on the second. Throughout both days both Peter and Billy remained of good cheer, working efficiently, without a grumble about the weather. An electrician, Chris, joined them on the second day and completed his work quickly. He even took the time to tack up a dangling powerline in the drop ceiling of the basement that wasn't part of the a/c install. Mid-afternoon on the second day everything was complete. Peter walked me through the work they had done, inside and outside. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who asked."

"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough. When I need something done, I go online and read all the awful reviews of probably great companies so I do not hire them. This review is for all of you that are like me and come here to get the low down on a business. Do not hesitate to go with South Shore Fireplace. It is very hard to find craftsman who really care about what they do and also so nice to deal with. South Shore Fireplace will be my go to guys for the rest of my life.
