Bob and Tom are honest and conscientious so when the time came to replace the entire ac system, I was happy that they were available to do the work...particularly in the midst of another sweltering Southern California summer. The quoted price was much less than I anticipated, the work was completed in one day, and I was perfectly comfortable leaving them to do the work unattended. "Eddie was very knowledgeable and very thorough when checking out our AC system. We were impressed with his professionalism. It seems that we might have a small freon leak causing the system to over work, causing ice to form and water to puddle beneath the unit. He also needed to clear the clogged condensate drain line. He recharged the system with freon. He did not try to sell us anything unnecessary, just repaired our problem. Our Carrier ACs are 16 years old so I'm certain we will be needing the services of Canoga Park Heating and Air in the future either for rpairs or replacements."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Breezeway was very nice. They were prompt and did a good job. However, we negotiated them fixing one piece of ducting. They didn't fix it and said that, if we found that it continued to have problems, they'd come back and repair it. Well, it needed to be repaired when it was clear that it still wasn't working. Breezeway became unresponsive to numerous attempts to get in touch. So, while I thought they did a great job in the beginning, their lack of follow through left a bad taste in my mouth. For that reason, I'm not going to call on them again.
