Of the three companies replying, Indoor Doctor was able to send a tech out the same day to perform inspections, testing and provide answers to my many questions. The tech was very professional, courteous, etc. Indoor Doctors provided an initial quote of $199 for the visit, which only covers the visit and inspection. They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. Their ability to come out the same day was what sold us on Indoor Doctor."

"I can't say enough positive things about Jon and his team. They were incredibly professional and all-around great people. After meeting with Jon and his employees, I felt comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house while I went back to work. When I came home, the house was still clean & it was as if no one was even there. "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"The guys were on time, cheerful, thorough, and and got the job done. They were thoughtful about my cat, too. The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. Very happy with the service. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. And the clicking sounds of rogue art supplies is gone. Yay!"

"The Abatement Pro and Demo crew started promptly at 7 am and worked through until the attic and air quality tests were complete ... almost 14 hours later. These guys put in a long day in the heat wearing hazmat suits and respirator equipment, and still remained pleasant polite and professional. Everything was thoroughly cleaned before they left. I'd hire them again ... and I recommend them to anyone needing their services. Great job!"

"They were able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of initial contact..  My tenants hired a previous contractor in that tried to step up sell us to get the entire air duct system cleaned.  Luckily the tenants decided not to go beyond the $10 a vent initial offer.  They provided me with the "Step Up" list of services and costs.  It seemed so out of line that I decided to join Angie's list and find somebody with good reviews.  I am so pleased with the results.  Not only did J H make contact that night but we had a phone conversation and set up an appointment the next morning,  He was able assess the scope of work over the phone and  provide me with a up front estimate,  They confirmed the poor quality of the initial cleaning and performed every service on the competitor's list for a much better price.
