"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around.
