"Luis is the man !! I opted for an urgent repair for the next 24-48hours at 9:45pm. I received a call from him 15 minutes later ready ready to come over and address the situation. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. "Ray was friendly and very professional and you can tell immediately that he was very customer oriented. As far as prices go, he was more than fair compared to the other bids. As a matter of fact I expanded the scope of his work to include a new water heater too. All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too. For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership.
