Technicians came on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked on the dryer and vent for almost 2 hours. "It went very well! The crew was fast, hard working and respectful. They got everything put in smoothly and installed a NEST thermostat we had purchased on our own. It couldn't have been easy as the unit was in the attic and the only way up there is a pulldown ladder. They even took the time to inspect the HVAC we had installed during the pandemic by a different company that we had concerns about. They identified issues, talked to us about it and then fixed whatever they could.
