Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "It's frustrating that every duct cleaning company does this and refuses to build a deal that works for the average house.  If it was $250 or $300 and they insured no additional costs for standard service I would think they would still do well.
Any way they seemed to have done a good job and after the furnace filter showed a lot of junk the next month when I replaced it's been fairly clean.

I am a co-owner of a small restaurant. and is has become increasing difficult to get any one to service our HVAC needs. I called on Friday made an appointment for Wed., The problem worsened, Called back and a technician was at my house in 1 hour. After a thorough inspection I decided on a replacement instead of a repair. They showed up Mon at 10:30 am and were gone by 12:30. The workers were neat, polite and very easy to deal with.
