He reviewed the installation manual and was able to determine that it was because the unit wasn't properly set right for the proper air flow. He was then able to correct the problem. "He came the next day and installed the unit(no complaints there) BUT said he needed to come back and finish calking and trim around the unit.(I have an outside unit) We were told several dates but he did not show up . He finally returned 3 weeks later. The trim is sloppy and is not professionally done."
