Mr and Mrs Restore took care of everything and I had peace of mind to finish my exam. I was really lucky to work with them. I worked with Shane and Evelyn. They inspected the house and started immediately with the drying process, recommended an excellent plumber and checked the home for mold and worked with the insurance. They kept me informed about their process and they checked the house daily to measure the drying progress. I hope I dont have another water heater explosion, but if I had any issue with my house, water, mold, fire etc. I would immediately call them or recommenend them to all my friends."

"In January of 2022, we experienced water infiltrating our residence due to severe storms. The event created a need for mold remediation and restoration of our master bedroom and bathroom. As an architect, we approached the selection of a firm via a request for proposal. We short-listed three firms and carried on conversations with them. Mr. Dry Services far exceeded our expectations. My fiance stressed the fact that Mr. Dry had been in business for 21 years. Upon their selection, they provided us with a team of professionals that had the required expertise and experience to complete our project. More importantly, they possessed people skills and were always courteous. Key management personnel, Tony and Bill, created an initial evaluation of our needs and prepared estimates that were negotiated and approved by our insurance company... a major concern that became a relief. During the initiation, as well as the duration of the project, Bill was always available by phone or in-person to answer our questions and prepare us for what to expect. We never encountered any surprises during the process. Jacob, the on-site leader, was very knowledgeable and friendly. His team comprised of Carlos, Corey, and Andres possessed the same attributes. After the work for the day was complete...they always asked us if we wished them to vacuum the pathways they utilized. To all readers of this review, this is not a common occurrence during a home remodeling and restoration project. The final restoration is a sight to see and enjoy. We are now...two happy campers, who have been sleeping in our living room and are currently returning to our bedroom. The website only permits me to give five stars...Mr. Drys was a ten-star performance. "We had a leak along an outside wall in our condominium unit. Due to Covid, we were not in town at the time. After calling a few places and getting little assistance, I got a referral for Restoration 1 from our home inspector. Tim Downs and his team were incredibly responsive. I called on a Friday and Tim came to evaluate our leak on Saturday. More importantly, Tim brought equipment, removed the damaged drywall, set up barrier and a dehumidifier, and started mold remediation work immediately. Tim also explained clearly what needed to be done to properly repair our leak. He identified the general contractor that he thought would be best for the job, and he met him there within a matter of days. The process and the communication were excellent. We got some push back from our Condominium Association and their Management company, as they wanted to do a lesser repair. Tim warned me that this might happen. However, he ended up being our advocate, getting more than one general contractor to confirm that his recommendations were proper. He then spoke to both the Association and the Management company, who ultimately conceded that his plans were the best way to definitively solve the problem. Tim coordinated all of the work (his and that of the general contractor), which was done expeditiously. The job was completed smoothly and it was done extremely well, both outside as well as the inside work (replacing the drywall inside, painting, etc.). The work was beautiful. Tim was outstanding from beginning to end. I cannot say enough about him. I have worked with many contractors over the years. I have never had such a competent and responsive person to work with. Tim kept me informed step by step, sent me pictures when I was away, and ensured that the job was done to his specifications. He treated our home as though it was hisâ took over every worrisome aspect, and addressed it. He provided us with tremendous peace of mind, during a situation that we had little control over. I feel very fortunate to have found Tim Downs, and I am not sure where I would be now had I not!"
