"I have a yearly contract.  When something is wrong with an appliance they send somebody out to repair it.  They don't have any emergency calls.  If your air conditioning breaks down you could possibly wait two or three days and I think when people are elderly and have respiratory problems I think that they should have an emergency service in priority. "
