"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Their communication was mostly superb. There were a few times for some reason they didn't respond during the setting up of the project and I don't understand why, but they came back in communicating again well. Their work and explanation of the process were world class - their material and application seem second to none- I can't imagine a better quality vendor and one more educated for this type of work. Amazing. Would use again. And, remember- they also will clean your air and turn the air over and literally clean it -not sure what it's using - if they are peroxiding the air? But you have to leave and come back after it's finished. If the air smells weird and you can't get the smell out even after the repair or leak or whatever caused the mold - then have him use his air cleaning machines, which he deploys! It turns the air over 25 times and it's amazing."

"They cleaned carpets, which were badly stained from an aging pet. They cleaned out air vents as well. Could not be happier. Kind workmen. Prompt service. Very reasonable cost. Felt very comfortable with workmen in the home and the quality of work performed. Thank you. Sarah M. in Oklahoma City, OK"

"The mold removal was prompt and through which included removing a large part of the kitchen ceiling. The replacement of the ceiling which took several days for the joint compound and sanding to be completed when finished was excellent and paint ready. The unique electro-chemical machines left a clean smelling house to compliment an excellent job."

"It was wonderful! I never imagined having a dream kitchen for the price and in only three weeks! The owner is a perfectionist and really takes pride in his work - this was very obvious and makes me a happy customer. They know how to do everything so they are basically a one-stop-shop. After interviewing a few contractors I was told that I would have to hire separate people for the beam and for electrical work, etc. These guys did it all!

FAQs for indoor air quality testing projects in Oklahoma City, OK

You should test your home's air quality if you or your family experience health problems like allergies or respiratory issues, as these could be linked to indoor contaminants. Also, consider testing if you're concerned about mold, radon, carbon monoxide, or if you've recently had home construction, demolition, excavation, or remodeling that could have released chemicals into your indoor air.

An indoor air quality test typically takes one to three hours to complete. After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed written report within two to 10 days. The evaluation includes comprehensive air sampling from all designated areas in your home. Your specialist will review the findings with you and provide clear guidance on steps to take if any issues are found, helping ensure your indoor environment meets health and safety standards.

A certified indoor air quality consultant or inspector is the right professional to perform your indoor air test. While some home inspectors have certifications, they often subcontract this specialized work to trained professionals with advanced tools. This expert will thoroughly evaluate air samples from every area in your home and clearly explain the findings to you. Be sure to confirm your tester's credentials before scheduling your service.
