There were a few times for some reason they didn't respond during the setting up of the project and I don't understand why, but they came back in communicating again well. Their work and explanation of the process were world class - their material and application seem second to none- I can't imagine a better quality vendor and one more educated for this type of work. Amazing. Would use again. And, remember- they also will clean your air and turn the air over and literally clean it -not sure what it's using - if they are peroxiding the air? But you have to leave and come back after it's finished. If the air smells weird and you can't get the smell out even after the repair or leak or whatever caused the mold - then have him use his air cleaning machines, which he deploys! It turns the air over 25 times and it's amazing."
