"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. "I called Clearwater plumbing but nobody answered the phone so I left a message. I got a callback within half hour and was told that Tyler was about to finish his work in Palo Alto so he could come in about 1 hour if I wanted. Tyler came on time and explained how he would do it after checking briefly. He started working on very quickly, shut off the water at the meter and knelt down to cut off the leaking valve. He replaced it with a ball valve and soldered the pipes neatly. He even polished the copper pipe at the end. The whole job was done in about 45 minutes, and I'm more than happy with the quality of the work. Even my picky dad gave it a thumb-up."

"after purchasing the voucher  I found out that the special is only applicable to gas line with small pipe.   my house is a typical 1950's house with a typical gas line so I'm not sure why they specifically listed pipe smaller then that.  it will be additional charge if i want to get it installed.   my prior experience with this company has been that their prices are higher then other companies that service my area and they cannot tell me what the additional cost is on the phone....has to be provided by plumber in person.   takes too much time to schedule and wait for just an estimate.   had to cancel the voucher due to this.  i have to add that they are very professional and punctual...so if price is not that important, i'd give them a try.
