"Vince came out the day he said he would around the time he said. He went to check the problem, a little while later the problem was gone. I did let him know about the reccurence of the issue, and he said to call him next Monday and if the problem is gone, he will bill me then, otherwise he will just come back. I was really suprised and happy. Needless to say, week later, problem has not come back :)
