We did a google search and found Advanced Resoration Services, They came the next day, removed the standing water, the wet carpeting, and brought in drying fans to dryout the basement. After everything was dry, they located the source of the leak and remedied the problem, replaced the water damaged trim, and made arrangements for the carpeting to be replaced. They also helped with insurance paperwork to ensure we got the full amount we were entitled to. VERY Pleased with the results"

"I am in the commercial construction business, found this vendor through Angie's List... Recently my in-laws' had their entire basement flooded, yes, 9' HIGH OF STORM WATER filled to the ceiling, completely ruined a finished basement, HVAC, electrical panel, etc. Armor Restoration gave us a competitive price, and both Norman and Bob were very responsive to our requests, very service-oriented. Armor was prepared to mobilize and git-r-done. They brought out two crews to hand-fill (two!) 30-cubic-yard dumpsters full of ruined stuff and materials. They helped us sort through salvageable personal items, and gave us great advice on just about everything we had questions about. Before they started, the basement was beyond awful smelling (some sewage waste got in too) and making the rest of the house smell too. In two days of working, removal was done, basement was stripped to bare concrete, cleaned, treated with anti-microbial spray, and smelled very clean. Incredible. The workers were all very professional, courteous and took great care to protect the pathway in-out of the basement, which was through the front door. If I had my house flooded, or smoke-damaged, I would hire Armor Restoration in a hot minute. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks again for being awesome."

"I posted my urgent request for same day dry wall repair service on Angi and Armour was one of the first to respond. They confirmed availability and quoted a fair price. Their qualified drywall repair person (Luis) arrived in less than 2 hours, and he did the work efficiently and with excellent quality. He also demonstrated courteousness and respect for my home by covering all floor areas before starting work and cleaning up after himself when done. The drywall and painting work was done so professionally that you'd never know the wall was ever damaged (see sample before and after photo attached). "We had a very disappointing experience with the first water mitigation company that our insurance company sent out.  I found Flood Damage DMV on Yelp and the insurance company allowed us to contact them.  Amir was absolutely fantastic.  He was clear, concise, very professional and easy to work with.  And I also cannot say enough about Ari who answers the phones at the company. he was so very helpful and patient in answering all my many questions on the many occasions that I called. Amir came out to our home to assess the flooding situation first.  He explained exactly what would need to be done.  We appreciated that the crew worked to cut out as little drywall as possible in the drying process.  Everything was done very professionally.  The only slight gripe we had was with how the damaged hardwood flooring was removed.  We felt the process could have been a little more "gentle" so that less wood was damaged in the removal process. "

"I highly recommend Water Damage DMV. We had two rooms in the basement damaged from heavy rainfall. We called 2 other "5 star" companies and this one was the only one to respond within 48 hours (not good when water is draining into your basement with mold growth). Very reasonable cost which was commented on by our insurance company (unfortunately we do not have coverage for flooding but good to know about the cost) unlike a few other companies they were dealing with. This company was extremely professional, provided excellent follow up services, flexible, responsive to our concerns, and rechecked for mold growth. They even came back a second time with the air blowers to re-dry one of the rooms after a second heavy rainfall. We were able to save the carpeting and padding in one of the rooms due to their immediate response thank goodness. No additional add on costs after the initial estimate and we were able to contract out drywall and paint repair with them at a very reasonable cost. I would give them 6 stars if I could."
