"They came out quickly and fixed the water line 04/15/2025. When they finished they threw around some grass seed and said they did not have enough. The said to call them when the ground settled and they would bring some dirt, more grass seed and straw. After numerous calls they had a company come by and leave a load of dirt in the yard. They said they would be back to spread the dirt and never came back. I have made numerous calls to no avail. Now we have to hire someone to bring out a loader and spread the dirt, and plant grass seed and put down straw."

When Geary the lead team from The Water Line Group answered my call, I immediately felt he is knowledgeable & at felt at ease with him & he knew exactly what I was talking about. He showed up the very same day and provided us with an estimate and the work to be done. I did some research, and we hired them. They showed up On Time and started work. They had their own equipment (vs renting equipment) & the team consisted of 5 workers. No time wasting, straight to work. They did exactly what Geary told me they will do. "Was told, I had to pay $50 for them to come out and see what was wrong. I didn't mind paying that. The man broke the pipe worse than what it was. Didn't fix it before he left and charged me $189 For attempting to fix the pipe. This all happened in less than 10 minutes. I will never call these people again. How do you go from $50 to $189 in 10 minutes after breaking something worse than it was."
