For at least 30 minutes he talked us patiently until we finally found the problem. He knew immediately but it took a while for us to follow him. Cost was zero. Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. Gave us advice to keep an eye on possible problems. Charge was a little higher because we have a combination inground spa with our pool, meaning more plumbing to check. Very happy with results."
